   MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS - Pretrial Conference held on 9/9/2026 before Judge Jennifer A. Dorsey. Crtrm Administrator: S.    All parties are present. Trial-related and housekeeping matters are discussed.

   Plaintiff's expert Enrique Vega is sworn and voir dire is conducted by Mr. Pfau. Cross examination is conducted by Mr. Lowry. Rebuttal is conducted. Mr. Vega is excused.

   Plaintiff's expert David Logue is sworn and voir dire is conducted by Ms. Hauf. Cross examination is conducted by Mr. Lowry. Rebuttal is conducted. Mr. Logue is excused.

   Plaintiff's motion in limine 129 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows:

   #1 Excluding references to settled defendant Burks is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
   #3 Precluding experts from commenting on credibility is DENIED.
   #4 Limit the scope of expert testimony is DENIED.
   #5 To take Judicial Notice of Life Expectancy Table is GRANTED.
   #6 The parties are entitled to conduct voir dire, and they should not be arbitrarily limited while attempting to select a fair and impartial jury is DENIED.

   Defendant's motion in limine 130 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows:

   #1 Exclude prior slip and fall incidents is DENIED.
   #2 Cody Gray's testimony should be limited is DENIED.
   #3 LVGV's policies and procedures should be excluded is GRANTED.
