ORDER. The Court has reviewed Defendant's Motion for Order to Postpone Hearing and Briefing Schedule on Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Until Diversity Jurisdiction is Established (Doc. 42 ). The Court orders that Defendant's 8/21/2026 deadline to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining and Order and Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 27 ) is vacated. The Court further orders that any response by Plaintiff to the Motion for Order (Doc. 42 ) shall be filed by 8/25/2026 at 5:00 p.m. No reply shall be filed. The Court further orders that the motion hearing on Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 27 ) is converted to a status conference to discuss jurisdictional matters and the case schedule.
