ORDER DIMISSING CASE: The 239 Stipulation of Dismissal is So Ordered. Plaintiffs' claims on behalf of putative class members are dismissed without prejudice. As no class has yet been certified, no court approval is required to dismiss these claims.Plaintiffs' individual claims are dismissed with prejudice. The Court notes that these individual claims do not include any claims by former named plaintiff Ms. Elena Thormahlen, whom the Court dismissed as a named plaintiff. See Dkt. Entry dated 9/28/2026.This Order fully resolves all claims in the action now pending before this Court. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close this case.
