Mootchnik may appear virtually by videoconference. Non-confidential settlement statements shall be exchanged with the opposing parties and lodged with chambers by email by 10/21/2026. If so desired, parties may include in their email to chambers a confidential version of their settlement brief for the Court's consideration.
