   TEXT ORDER. Before the Court is Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Defendant Redmon (Doc.104). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 21, and noting no opposition, Plaintiff's Motion is GRANTED, and Defendant Redmon is hereby DISMISSED from this action. In light of Defendant Redmon's dismissal, all pending motions filed by or directed to Defendant Redmon - Defendant Redmon's Motion to Amend/Correct (Doc. 64), Non-Party Main Event's Motion to Quash (Doc. 69), Defendant Redmon's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 72), Defendant Redmon's Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 82), and Non-Party DG Protective Services, LLC's Motion for Protective Order (Doc. 99) - are DENIED AS MOOT. Further, because Defendant Redmon was the sole party opposing the Motion to Dismiss Defendant Off Duty Services (Doc. 79), the Motion is GRANTED. Defendant Off Duty Services is hereby DISMISSED from this action. The Clerk SHALL update the docket accordingly and terminate Defendant Redmon and Defendant Off Duty Services as parties to this case.
