Pending before the Court is the Joint Stipulation and Order to Extend Discovery and Related Scheduling Deadlines. ECF No. 58 . The parties are advised that the format of the stipulation does not comply with the Court's Local Rules. LR IA 10-1 requires lines of text to be double spaced and numbered consecutively beginning with 1 on the left margin of each page. As a one-time courtesy, the Court grants the Stipulation despite the formatting. Counsel for Defendants LVMPD, Community Ambulance, and Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center may wish to offer assistance in the future with formatting joint documents.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation and Order to Extend Discovery and Related Scheduling Deadlines (ECF No. 58 ) is GRANTED.
