In light of the parties' joint status report 365 , it is hereby ORDERED that further proceedings in these consolidated actions are STAYED pending the outcome of Montefiore Medical Center v. Kennedy, No. 24-cv-1810; it is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall continue to identify promptly those cases in the consolidated matter that can be dismissed without prejudice following the issuance of new notices of program reimbursement, including whether the dismissal dispenses with all claims by all plaintiffs in the case such that the entire underlying case may be terminated; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that parties shall confer and submit a joint status report by September 25, 2026, regarding pending claims and a proposal on how to proceed, if necessary.
