Plaintiff is awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of $3,065.34 pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). If Plaintiff has no debt which qualifies for offset pursuant to the Treasury Offset Program, then payment for attorneys' fees shall be made via electronic fund transfer or check payable to Plaintiff's attorneys at Hallinan & Killpack Law Firm. If Plaintiff has such a debt, then the check for any remaining funds after offset of the debt shall be made to Plaintiff and mailed to Plaintiff's attorneys' office.
