FINAL ORDER - BPA Site PRP Group was granted a Clerk's entry of default against US Waste Industries on May 30, 2018. (Doc. 107 ). In the years since the entry of default, BPA Site PRP Group has not moved for default judgment against the defendant. Consequently, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), this Court dismisses BPA Site PRP Group's claims against US Waste Industries without prejudice for failure to prosecute and failure to follow the Court's orders.
