ORDER GRANTING Joint Stipulation for Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, With Leave to Amend and Coordination of Defendant's Response in Related Case 37 by Judge Anne Hwang that: Ms. Wade shall file her Second Amended Complaint within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order. Any response by Roc Nation to the Second Amended Complaint in Delacruz and this action shall each be due thirty (30) days after Plaintiff files her Second Amended Complaint in this action.
