For the reasons explained within this order, in addition to the $100,000 demobilization fee, the Court AWARDS Mega: (1) $95,106.08 based on unpaid invoices; (2) $31,278 for coal mined and weighed but not yet invoiced; and (3) $13,500 for coal produced and delivered but not yet weighed or invoiced.
