ORDER CERTIFYING DISCOVERY re 36 : As of 09/01/2026, the parties report that discovery is closed. Accordingly, the Court certifies all discovery as closed. The parties report that they do not intend to proceed with expert discovery and Plaintiff requests a briefing schedule for his anticipated motion for summary judgment. Defendant correctly states that Plaintiff must follow the presiding district judge's individual rules in taking the first step in dispositive motion practice. In light of this, the Court amends the deadlines at ECF No. 35 as follows: By 10/02/2026, the parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice; if none, the parties shall file a proposed joint pre-trial order by 11/02/2026. As stated in the Court's 07/13/2026 Order, any dispositive motion or proposed joint pre-trial order shall be filed pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules.
