Mr. Johnson's counsel agreed, after consultation with their client, to advise chambers via email (Lauren_Kasulones@ohnd.uscourts.gov) on or before July 15, 2026 regarding their current position on these non-monetary settlement terms. If counsel believes another mediation status conference would be productive, Mr. Johnsons counsel shall provide their availability to meet on July 16, 2026 or July 20, 2026.
