MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of 29 defendant's consent motion to modify the discovery schedule, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant's proposed modifications are adopted: fact discovery shall close on December 28, 2026; plaintiff shall complete her expert disclosures by not later than January 25, 2027; defendant shall complete its expert disclosures by not later than March 15, 2027; and expert discovery and depositions shall conclude by not later than April 26, 2027. It is further ORDERED that the status conference previously set for January 27, 2027, shall be reset for April 28, 2027, at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 30A - In Person before Judge John D. Bates.
