** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** The parties have filed a stipulated motion, asking to move the dispositive motion deadline from November 13 to December 4. Dkt. 32 . For reasons, they explain that they have agreed to extend deadlines for expert disclosures, and they want to move the dispositive motion deadline to align. The court moves deadlines for good cause only, and this does not amount to good cause. Discovery has been open since February 2026, so there has been ample time to retain experts. The parties offer no explanation as to why they require additional time. The court expects parties to pursue discovery diligently and litigate the case in a manner that preserves the schedule. Moving the dispositive motion deadline compromises other deadlines, including trial. That said, there is some room in the schedule for an extension, and the request is relatively modest. The court will GRANT the motion and RESET the dispositive motion deadline to December 4, with responses due December 23 and replies due January 11.
