Following the telephonic status conference held on August 13, 2026, the parties shall file a joint status report by August 28, 2026, describing any remaining discovery issues that require resolution by the Court, and including a proposed modified scheduling order for the remainder of this case (jointly if possible, separately, if absolutely necessary).
In the meantime, all deadlines under the Courts March 24, 2026 Scheduling Order, ECF No. 27, are STAYED pending further order of the Court, including the August 21, 2026 deadline for the designation of expert witnesses.
