THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
(i) Following discussion with counsel during the Status Conference, discovery is extended to October 7, 2026 to permit the parties to complete remaining depositions of witnesses. Joseph China and Defendant Jerome Bonomo are ordered to appear for depositions on October 6, 2026, at 9:30am at the United States District Courthouse, Eastern District of New York, 100 Federal Plaza, Courtroom 1020, Central Islip, New York.
(ii) Officer Richard Samuel is ordered to appear for his deposition on October 7, 2026, in Courtroom 1020. Defense counsel shall notify the Court and Plaintiffs counsel no later than October 5, 2026, at 5:00pm of the time Officer Samuel can make himself available on October 7, 2026, to be deposed.
(iii) If further documents must be produced as a result of the depositions, Defense counsel shall write to the Court on or before October 8, 2026 to request an extension for that limited purpose.
The conference scheduled before the undersigned on October 13, 2026, at 10:30am is adjourned without date.
