MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: On review of the status report, R. 63, given the ongoing settlement negotiations, and the likelihood that very limited discovery is required to arrive at final judgement, see R. 59, discovery shall continue to pause for **one final time.** The status hearing of 06/01/2026 is reset to 07/07/2026 at 9:30 a.m. The hearing shall be held via video conference. The parties shall file a joint status report by 07/02/2026. If no settlement has been reached by that deadline, then the status report shall set forth a detailed and speedy discovery plan. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to the video hearing. The call-in number is (650) 479-3207 and the access code is 2314 241 8534##. Counsel of record will receive an email before the start of the hearing with instructions to log into the hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court.
