On 7/27/2026, Plaintiff filed an ex parte motion for emergency relief 84 . There is no need for the motion to have been filed ex parte, and the Clerk is directed to unseal the document. The document itself requests that the Court "hold execute protective order in place as emergency stop measures." Doc. 84 at 1. There appears to have been a protective order entered in this case in 2011 76 , but its terms should have been fully completed shortly after the disposition of the case. Plaintiff's motion does not explain why, fifteen years later, the protective order is still necessary. Plaintiff's motion is therefore denied. This case remains closed. Mailed notice.
