ORDER OF DISMISSAL by Judge Wesley L. Hsu: On May 29, 2026, the Court dismissed with leave to amend the Complaint in this matter. (Order, Dkt. No. 15). Plaintiff was ordered to file an Amended Complaint, if any, within twenty-one (21) days of the Order. (Id. at 5). The deadline to file the Amended Complaint was June 19, 2026. Plaintiff did not file an Amended Complaint by the deadline. As all claims against all parties have been dismissed without prejudice, the Court directs the Clerk to terminate the case.
