TEXT ORDER: This matter came before the Court by way of Plaintiffs' request for further clarification of the Court's Order, filed on 2/7/2024 (ECF no. 41 ), and Text Order entered following the status conference with counsel on 2/22/2024 (ECF no. 43 ). Specifically, in response to Plaintiffs' request to compel production of financial and banking documentation "utilized" to purchase any computer/software/internet service products during the period 6/1/2018 to 6/30/2020 is Denied. The Court also ruled that Defendant Shannon Faught must promptly provide a sworn Declaration denying (or disclosing) any such purchases during the relevant time period. Any further discussion of this request is deferred pending production of Defendants Declaration. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Arpert on 2/29/2024. (eh, )
