TEXT ORDER: As discussed at today's status conference, the parties are on pace to complete the remaining fact depositions by the Oct. 29, 2026, fact discovery end date set in the latest scheduling order, D.E. 213 . By no later than Oct. 29, 2026, the parties shall submit a joint status letter confirming the completion of fact discovery. The parties will then proceed to expert discovery according to the following schedule: (1) All affirmative expert reports shall be delivered by Dec. 3, 2026, (2) All responding expert reports shall be delivered by Jan. 8, 2027, and (3) All expert discovery, including the depositions of any expert witness, shall be completed by Feb. 26, 2027.
