ORDER AND JUDGMENT that Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 109 ) is DENIED as to Albert Preziosi, Chris Preziosi, Route 31 Imports, LLC, Michele Tolotta, SRQ Auto Consultants, LLC, Muller Realty, LLC and Muller Powersports, LLC on all counts and GRANTED as to MPS 22, LLC on Count I but DENIED as to MPS 22, LLC on Counts II, III and VI; Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiffs and against MPS 22, LLC in the amount of $710,632.62; Albert Preziosi, Chris Preziosi, and Route 31 Imports, LLC's Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 113 ) is GRANTED; Judgment is entered in favor of Albert Preziosi, Chris Preziosi, and Route 31 Imports, LLC and against Plaintiffs as to all counts; Any and all claims against Albert Preziosi, Chris Preziosi, and Route 31 Imports, LLC are DISMISSED with prejudice; Michele Tolotta's Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 122 ) is GRANTED; Judgment is entered in favor of Michele Tolotta and against Plaintiffs on all counts; Any and all claims against Michele Tolotta are DISMISSED with prejudice; Albert Preziosi, Chris Preziosi, and Route 31 Imports, LLC's Motion for Sanctions (ECF No. 117 ) is DENIED. The Clerk's Office is directed to TERMINATE the Motions pending at ECF Nos. 109 , 113 , 117 and 122 and ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATE this case from the Court's active docket; The Clerk of Court is directed to file an unredacted version of the Court's Opinion UNDER TEMPORARY SEAL.
