PENDLEY FOR APPOINTMENT AS CO-LEADERSHIP FOR THE CURRENT LITIGATING PLAINTIFFS by MICHAEL BUSH, MOLLY COTE, Donald Charles Steinsiek, DON YARBOROUGH: On or before August 4, 2026, the following may file responses to the Application and proposed order: a. The existing Plaintiffs' Leadership Team; b. Current Litigating Plaintiffs; and c. Attorney Mark Abramowitz, for all the pending cases filed by him. In particular, the court is interested about any potential conflicts between the duties, responsibilities and payment of fees and expenses of existing Plaintiffs' Leadership Team and the new proposed co-leaders; any differences that may exist between the cases of existing Litigating Plaintiffs; and whether the new cases filed by attorney Abramowitz will be impacted.
