Telephone Conference For Order re Discovery Matter
MINUTES OF Informal Discovery Conference held before Magistrate Pedro V. Castillo. The Court conducted an informal discovery conference on October 5, 2026. As to issue number four concerning the relevant timeframe for discovery (the Winter issue), Defendants are given leave to file a supplemental brief by October 9, 2026. Relator may respond by October 15, 2026. Each party's brief shall be limited to five pages. The issue will then be deemed under submission. As to the other issues discussed at the IDC, the parties are ordered to continue to meet and confer to narrow the issues.
