ORDER granting 31 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. Since attorney Hernandez has presented satisfactory reasons for withdrawing, see Local Civ. R. 1.4, and no opposition has been received, the motion to withdraw is GRANTED. No later than September 25, 2026, plaintiff Palmer's new counsel, if any, must file a notice of appearance on the docket. Alternatively, if Palmer chooses to represent himself, he shall, by the same date, file a Notice of Pro Se Appearance confirming his contact information. The Notice of Pro Se Appearance is attached to this Order and available on the Court's website at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/node/826. Plaintiff Palmer is reminded that a pro se plaintiff may file documents, including the Notice of Pro Se Appearance form, by any of the following methods: 1. drop off the document in the drop box located in the lobby of the U.S. Courthouse at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY, 10007; 2. mail the documents to the Pro Se Intake Unit, 500 Pearl Street, Room 250, New York, NY 10007, in time for them to arrive on or before the deadline; or 3. email the documents, in pdf form, to ProSe@nysd.uscourts.gov. Detailed instructions for filing documents by email may be found on the Court's website athttps://www.nysd.uscourts.gov/prose. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to: (1) terminate the motion at Dkt. 31, (2)terminate Randy A.
