TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint status letter, which does not report any progress beyond what was already reported in the last monthly status letter. (Dkt. No. 50 ). The parties are reminded that fact discovery shall remain open through 11/16/26, and "[a]ll fact witness depositions must be completed by the close of fact discovery." (Dkt. No. 40 ). Counsel shall meet and confer to schedule dates certain for the remaining depositions and file a joint letter on or before 9/3/26 updating the Court on the scheduled depositions.
