SCHEDULING AND PROCEDURES ORDER. The parties are hereby ORDERED to read and comply with the procedures set forth in the attached order and with the following schedule: Leave to amend a pleading or join a party shall be sought by September 7, 2026; Plaintiff's Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) expert disclosures and reports shall be served by January 22, 2027; Defendant's Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) expert disclosures and reports shall be served by March 22, 2027; and discovery shall be completed by May 6, 2027.
