ENDORSED ORDER dismissing this case. On June 5, 2026, the parties were notified 11 that "[f]ailure to comply with ANY Local Rules or Court Orders may result in the imposition of sanctions including, but not limited to, the dismissal of this action or entry of default without further notice." Nevertheless, on review of the file, Plaintiff has failed to comply with 13 the Standing Order Requiring Disclosure of Third-Party Litigation Funding and 14 the Standing Order Requiring Disclosure of the Use of Artificial Intelligence and the time for compliance has passed. Plaintiff was advised that the consequences of failure to timely comply with 13 the Standing Order included dismissal of the action. (See Doc. # 13, p. 4.)
