TEXT ORDER Before the Court are the defendant's motion for an extension of time to serve responses to the plaintiffs' first set of interrogatories and requests for production 22 and the defendant's motion for an extension of the deadline by which to identify an expert witness 23 . The plaintiffs consent to both motions. Discovery in this matter closes on September 30, 2026 and the trial date has been set. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(1) requires a showing for good cause to support timely requests for extensions, which the defendant states here is the necessity for investigation and preparation of responses, Docket Entry 22, and the collection of authorization forms from the plaintiffs and documents from third parties, Docket Entry 23. The Court will GRANT both motions; the defendant shall have up until July 6, 2026 to serve its responses to the plaintiffs' first set of discovery requests and up until July 29, 2026 to notice its expert. The parties are warned that no further extensions will be granted; discovery will close and trial will commence as currently scheduled. SO ORDERED.
