(2) each party's reasonably accurate estimate of the total number of trial time hours including: opening statement, all direct, cross, reexamination, witnesses presented through deposition video in lieu of live testimony, and closing argument (but not voir dire); and
(3) whether the parties anticipate filing motions in limine and, if so, how many.
