MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: Plaintiff waited until after the deadline for completing expert depositions had run and then filed a motion to extend it. The motion says that plaintiff intends to take the depositions of two experts and that those depositions are scheduled for 9/9/2026 and 9/11/2026. But the motion inexplicably seeks to extend the expert deposition deadline to early October and then extend the dispositive motion deadline to 60 days after that. The Court does not see a reasonable basis to do this. The expert deposition completion deadline is extended to 9/15/2026, which is sufficient to accommodate the only expert depositions referenced in the motion. The dispositive motion filing deadline is extended to 11/13/2026 to preserve the previously set interval. The status report deadline of 9/30/2026 remains as-is. The parties should consult the 8/14/2026 docket entry (dkt. 35) for instructions on what the status report needs to include. (mk) (Entered: 09/07/2026)
