The Court scheduled these proceedings regarding Plaintiff's Motion Requesting Scheduling Conference for Interpleader Pursuant to LR 22-1 29 . The Court advises Counsel that the District Judge will address the amount to be deposited with the Court and that today's proceedings are to discuss the matter of discovery and scheduling with the parties. The Court hears the respective positions of the parties.
IT IS ORDERED: A Proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order shall be due no later than 10/15/2026 with Plaintiff's objection, if any, due by 10/29/2026.
The Court directs all Defendants to confer together and ensure that all insurance policies are being produced as discussed in open court.
