MINUTE ORDER (TEXT-ONLY): On August 14, 2026, Defendant filed its Initial Disclosures pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1). (Doc. 21 ). Rule 26(a)(1) requires parties to provide certain information to the other parties following the Rule 26(f) conference. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1). Such discovery materials, however, "must not be filed" unless they are used in the proceeding or fall within another applicable exception. Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(d)(1)(A).
