The parties are reminded that they should contact the Court if judicial intervention is required, or they are not able to resolve a discovery dispute after a good faith meet and confer. TEXT ORDER: As discussed during the video discovery conference held on 8/24/2026 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mitchell J. Katz, Plaintiff's motion to compel shall be filed on or before September 16, 2026. Alternatively, should Plaintiff not move to compel, Plaintiff shall file a joint status report proposing new case management deadlines, including a deadline for selection of a new mediator and the completion of mediation on or before September 16, 2026.
