ORDER: This case has been referred into the Court's Mediation Program (Doc. 28). The Scheduling Order directed the parties to select a mediator and file a stipulation with the Court regarding their selection by September 10, 2026 (see Doc. 31). To date, the parties have failed to comply with this deadline. Accordingly, the Court will sua sponte extend this deadline to October 30, 2026, to select a mediator and file a stipulation with the Court. The parties are cautioned, however, that if they fail to comply with this deadline, the Court will select a mediator for the parties without their input.
