Agreed Judgment
AGREED JUDGMENT: This matter comes before the undersigned upon the agreement of the parties to resolve this action and their joint motion for entry of an agreed judgement. (Doc. 52 ). The motion is hereby GRANTED. The parties, having reached a full and final settlement of all claims. Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in the amount of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty-One Dollars ($9,241.00), representing attorneys' fees. Upon payment of the above amount, this action shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party bearing its own costs and fees not otherwise addressed herein. This Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Judgment, if necessary.
