Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis
ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiffs' Motions for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis are terminated as moot in light of the $405 filing fee payment. See Docs. 13 , 14 .
Having paid the filing fee, Plaintiffs are responsible for requesting that summons issue and effecting service of process on the defendant(s) under Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. For each defendant, Plaintiffs are also responsible for filing either proof of service, in accordance with Rule 4(l), or the defendant's signed waiver of service.
As of the date of this order, no summons has issued. Accordingly, Plaintiffs are admonished that service of process must be accomplished by September 21, 2026, unless good cause is shown, or this case may be dismissed. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Renee Harris Toliver on 6/23/2026) (chmb)
