Scheduling Order 1 - Terminate Hearings
This Order is being entered in Bolmeier v. New York Waterway/East River Ferry, 18-cv-5488 (MMH) (E.D.N.Y.) and Bolmeier v. BillyBey Ferry Company, LLC et al, 19-cv-1852 (MMH) (E.D.N.Y.).
RE-SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs Scott and Sheila Bolmeier's letter dated 06/22/2026 and entered on the docket today. The in-person pre-trial conference scheduled for 07/23/2026 at 2:00PM is converted to a video status conference. The following persons shall appear: Plaintiffs Scott Bolmeier and Sheila Bolmeier; Plaintiffs' counsel Frank Ross, Charles Finelli and Steven Haffner; and one or more defense counsel. The purpose of this conference is to discuss trial scheduling and related matters that have continued to delay this case, including but not limited to Plaintiffs' counsel's failures to comply with Court orders.
Case participants shall join the video call ten (10) minutes before the conference and shall use the Zoom invitation link sent to the email addresses listed on the docket.

(3) Enter the passcode: 370889. A transcript of the proceedings may be ordered from the Clerk's Office or the assigned Court Reporter.
By 07/09/2026, Plaintiffs' counsel shall: (1) provide a copy of this Re-Scheduling Order to Plaintiffs; (2) forward the Zoom link for this conference to Plaintiffs; and (3) file an affidavit of service confirming same.
