The Court hears Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated on the record and good cause appearing, the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file its Motion for Summary Judgment by September 11, 2026. The Court will hear and rule on Defendants' discovery motion on September 18, 2026.
