TEXT ORDER: For the reasons placed on the record, Newark Defendants shall complete their document production by August 1, 2026. The parties shall timely complete the briefing on Plaintiff's motion for sanctions at Dkt. No. 173 ; no extensions will be granted absent a clear showing of good cause. In the meantime, the parties shall prioritize settlement discussions. An in-person status conference is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Counsel shall appear in person at the Martin Luther King Building & U.S. Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, Courtroom 4(d), Newark, New Jersey.
