Except for good cause shown, no motions seeking leave to add new parties or to amend the pleadings to assert new claims or defenses may be filed after October 30, 2026Final Fact Discovery Deadline. All discovery, other than expert discovery, must be completed by April 2, 2027Plaintiff's trial experts must be designated, and the information contemplated by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) must be disclosed, by May 7, 2027Defendants' trial experts must be designated, and the information contemplated by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) must be disclosed, by June 18, 2027All trial experts must be deposed by July 16, 2027Motions for summary judgment must be filed by August 27, 2027Opposition to summary judgment motions must be filed twenty-one (21) days of the service of the motionReply memoranda are due within fourteen (14) days of the filing of the opposition papers For all other deadlines, please refer to Dkt. 17.
