MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the plaintiff's 84 Motion for CM/ECF Username and Password, it is ORDERED that the motion is DENIED without prejudice. Pursuant to Local Rule 5.4(b)(2), in order to obtain a CM/ECF username and password, a pro se party must file a written motion "describing the party's access to the internet, confirming the capacity to file documents and receive filings electronically on a regular basis, and certifying that he or she either has successfully completed the entire Clerk's Office on-line tutorial or has been permitted to file electronically in other federal courts." The plaintiff's motion does not contain the required certification. Accordingly, the plaintiff shall file a new motion that clarifies whether he has completed the entire tutorial available here.
