The briefing schedule set forth in the Court's August 10, 2026 Minute Order shall remain the same.Finally, it is ORDERED that the plaintiff's 96 Motion to Hold in Abeyance is DISMISSED as moot in light of the Court's August 10, 2026 Minute Order.
