On June 29, 2026, this Court denied Petitioner Mildred Ewudzi's Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF Nos. 4 -1, 6); the next day, it denied Petitioner's "Emergency Motion to Order Petitioner's Return and to Preserve the Court's Jurisdiction" (ECF No. 7 ) and ordered Petitioner to submit her position as to whether this case should be closed pursuant to her removal from the country no later than July 1, 2026. (ECF No. 8 ). Petitioner has not filed anything with the Court, and the July 1, 2026 deadline has passed. Accordingly, and given the absence of any pending requests for relief, the Court hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to close this matter. This case is now CLOSED. It is SO ORDERED.
