ORDER: Per the stipulation of dismissal at ECF No. 89 , the action is dismissed without prejudice against (1) the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Gaming Division and (2) Kristofer Gilman, in his official capacity as Director of the Gaming Division of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
The Court also accepts that the State of Connecticut has withdrawn its argument that Plaintiffs’ Complaint against it fails to establish the redressability and causation requirements for standing, see ECF No. 89 at 2, and will not address those withdrawn arguments in deciding the 80 Motion to Dismiss.
