ORDER granting 30 : The parties' joint request for an extension of time to complete discovery is granted. Fact discovery shall be completed by 10/30/2026 with a status report certifying the close of fact discovery due that same day. Affirmative export reports are due 11/30/2026; rebuttal expert reports are due 12/30/2026. Depositions of experts shall be completed by 01/20/2027. All discovery shall be completed by 01/20/2027 with a joint status report certifying the close of all discovery due 02/01/2027. The parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice by 02/11/2027. If none, the parties shall file a proposed joint pre-trial order by 03/08/2027, either way pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules. See attached.
