ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Before the Court is Plaintiff DFWS, LLC and Defendant State Farm Lloyds' joint stipulation of dismissal to dismiss any and all claims brought by DFWS against State Farm. (Doc. 54 ). The Court GRANTS the joint stipulation and DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE any and all claims DFWS brought against State Farm. Each party will bear its own attorney fees and costs.
