The Parties shall file their responses by no later than January 8, 2027. The Parties shall their replies by no later than January 29, 2027. The Parties are also reminded that there is a strict page limit, which will be extended only in extreme circumstances. If oral argument is requested, it may be scheduled by the Court. Pretrial Conference - Final ~Util - Set Hearings
Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Judith C. McCarthy: Final Pretrial Conference held on September 23, 2026. Rulings and reasoning placed on the record with respect to Defendants' Motion in Limine. Motion granted in part and denied in part. Defendants are directed to submit a supplemental memorandum of law regarding the summary judgment motion by October 16, 2026. Plaintiffs shall submit their opposing memorandum of law by November 9, 2026. In addition, Defendants are directed to submit a letter addressing the specific evidence at issue by January 6, 2027; Plaintiffs' opposition is due by January 13, 2027. Finally, Jury Selection is adjourned to March 1, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. The Jury Trial will begin on March 3, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Judith C. McCarthy in Courtroom 325.
