MINUTE ORDER: The parties filed a second Joint Status Report on June 30, 2026. ECF No. 25 . The Joint Status Report states the "parties executed a stipulation for resolution and dismissal of the family law matter," however the "family law matter still has not been dismissed and the Parties do not know when the stipulation will be processed by the family law court." Id.
The Court ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report no later than July 17, 2026 detailing status of the family law matter dismissal. If a Joint Motion to Dismiss is filed before July 17, 2026, then the joint status report requirement will be vacated without further court order or action by the parties.
