ORDER DISMISSING MOTIONS WITHOUT PREJUDICE AS MOOT by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On August 27, 2026, the parties filed a Joint Statement Regarding Settlement Subject to Bankruptcy Court Approval (Joint Statement), stating they had entered into Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (Settlement), dated August 20, 2026, which resolves their disputes including this appeal. Dkt. 24 at 2. In light of the parties' settlement, the court DENIES all pending Motions (Dkts. 18, 19) without prejudice as moot and VACATES all pending dates and deadlines in this appeal. The parties are ORDERED to file a joint status report within seven (7) days of the Bankruptcy Court's determination on their anticipated motion for approval of the Settlement. (lc)
