REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 81 Plaintiff's Opposition to Clerk's Taxes Cost to Favor Defendant and Judicial Review in Memorandum of Law Support. For the reasons discussed herein, the undersigned respectfully RECOMMENDS that the Court: 1. SUSTAIN in part Plaintiff's objections to the taxed costs (Doc. No. 81), such that the mediation costs are not recoverable. 2. AWARD Defendant total costs of $404.00, reflecting the costs for Plaintiff's deposition and a reduction of the $750.00 mediation fee. 3.
